1. Booking & Capacity Requirements

Minimum Stay: A 3-night stay is included for all wedding and special event bookings at our beautiful Montana log home.

Overnight Lodging: The Purcellville estate has a strict maximum of 16 overnight guests. Additional on-property lodging is available but must be scheduled

Event Attendance: The total number of guests on the property (including those staying overnight) may not exceed 75 people, ensuring a cozy atmosphere for your rustic wedding venue.

2. Financials & Insurance

Wedding Event Fees: These are mandatory fees intended to cover the additional wear and tear on the estate.

$3,000 for up to 35 guests.

$5,000 for 36–55 guests.

$7,000 for 56–75 guests.

$8,000 Plus for over 75 guests

Certificate of Insurance (COI): You must provide a $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance no later than 30 days before the event. The policy must include Host Liquor Liability and name the property owners as "Additionally Insured."

3. Vendor & Logistical Mandates

Restroom Facilities: To protect the home’s specialized septic system, any event with more than 25 attendees requires the rental (Vinewood Estate covers this cost) of a luxury restroom trailer. Guests are not permitted to use the indoor bathrooms during the main event hours once the guest count exceeds this threshold.

Catering & Trash: All catering must be professional and self-sufficient. Caterers are required to haul away all event-related trash (food waste, bottles, decor) at the end of the night. The estate’s residential trash bins are not for event use.

Noise & Curfew: In accordance with Loudoun County regulations and out of respect for our neighbors, all amplified music (DJ, Live Band) must conclude by 10:00 PM on Friday and 11pm on Saturday

Parking: All guest parking must be contained within the designated gravel areas. No parking is permitted on the grass or in the vineyard. Vinewood Estates will assist with the parking process. 

4. Property Rules & Safety

No Smoking/Vaping: Inside the entire estate, including the Montana log home, is a strictly smoke-free environment. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome to participate in the ceremony with a non-refundable $225 pet fee per stay. Pets must be leashed while outdoors.

Vineyard Etiquette: Guests are welcome to take photos in the vineyard, but no harvesting, pruning, or climbing on trellis systems is allowed.

5. Spa & Bridal Suite

Bridal Suite: The spa level of the log home features a dedicated suite for the bridal party to prepare.

Spa Limitations: For safety and liability reasons, the spa and wellness center amenities (hot tub, sauna, etc.) are closed and off-limits during the hours of the wedding event and are always for the registered house guests only. Wedding guests are not permitted into the spa.
