This revised agreement incorporates your specific property dimensions, updated pet fees, and the critical liability release for your self-guided adventures.

• Property Address: 13141 Sagle Road, Purcellville, VA 20132.
• Maximum Occupancy: Limited to 16 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM to allow for professional cleaning of the 5,500 sq. ft. residence.

• Vineyard Etiquette: Guests are encouraged to enjoy the views of the 4-acre vineyard. However, to maintain the health of the vines, guests must not harvest, prune, or tamper with the grapes or trellis systems.
• Acreage Access: Guests have access to the nearly 10-acre property. Please stay within the marked property boundaries and respect the privacy of neighboring estates.

• Pet-Friendly Stay: We welcome well-behaved dogs! A non-refundable pet fee of $225 applies per stay.
• Guest Responsibility: Owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the grounds. Pets must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and the preservation of the home’s interior.

• Smoking: VineWood Estate is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, both indoors and on all exterior decks/vineyard areas.
• Quiet Hours: To maintain the serenity of the Purcellville countryside, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Maintenance: Please report any maintenance issues or accidental damage immediately so we can address them for your stay and future guests.

By booking VineWood Estate and Adventures, the Guest agrees to the following:

• Self-Guided Nature: Guest acknowledges that VineWood Estate and Adventures provides access to nearly 10 acres of rural terrain and potential outdoor activities. All activities—including but not limited to hiking, exploring the vineyard, and general use of the grounds—are strictly self-guided.
• Assumption of Risk: Guest understands that the property is a working vineyard and rural estate. Risks may include uneven terrain, local wildlife, and varying weather conditions. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage.
• Release: Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges the owners of VineWood Estate and Adventures from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the stay.
• Supervision of Minors: Adults in the booking party are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of any minors on the property at all times.
